Rose hip: scientific studies*

Several clinical trials show::

  • a decrease in osteoarthritis pain (1, 2, 3)

  • improved knee flexion while walking (4)

  • improved elasticity and hydration of the skin  (5)

Rose hip may provide benefits to people with diabetes, as well as high blood pressure and cholesterol. It may have an anti-obesity effect, but this claim needs to be confirmed through research.
