Wild berry science*

Berries are wonderful natural medicines with impressive power to fight diseases (1)  as well as to defense against multiple processes of aging (2).
They contain polyphenols like flavonoids, phenolic acids, lignans, stillbenes and tannins (phenolic polymers).
